Retina goes on tour
Its that time of the year again and Retina is off on the road! Tomorrow 2 dancers journey to Scotland to teach 6 workshops before the rest of the company join them for two performances this weekend. The Boy who never grows old will be performed on Friday and This is not a body on Saturday at The Byre Theatre in St Andrews, Scotland. These performances are the beginning of the autumn tour that starts in Scotland, nips to Belgium and around the UK and finishes in Exeter before starting again in January 2008.
As well as performing Retina is teaching workshops in schools and centres around each venue, giving participants a chance to work with the company to get an insiders view of the work, working with the same choreographic devices used to make the performances.
