Tory East
Tory is from Southampton where she originally trained in Latin American and Ballroom, competing for the South of England. She started contemporary dance at the age of 16 and went on to train at London Contemporary Dance School. She performed repertory by Kerry Nicholls, Wayne McGregor, Henri Oguike and Juri Kylian, she also reworked and performed My Big Pants by Jeremy James and created her own work Pulsor in 2004. After graduating Tory went on to become part of the postgraduate company Edge and toured nationally and internationally work by Trisha Brown, Siobhan Davies, Sue MacLennan and Joanna Von Mayer Trindade.
