You could play a big part in supporting Retina by becoming a Friend of Retina Dance and thereby helping to ensure that Retina’s style of exciting contemporary dance continues to thrive in the region and across the UK. As a Friend of Retina Dance, we will give you:
- Advance notice of productions on tour.
- Advance notice of productions being developed.
- A quarterly newsletter.
- Opportunities to meet dancers after a performance.
Friends Membership is competitively priced at £15 per year single membership and £25 for joint membership for two people living at the same address.
Become a Friend of Retina Youth Dance Company (RYDC)
Retina Dance Youth Company is for dancers aged 14-19 who want to gain a high standard of technical training, choreographic and performance experience, along with giving them the opportunity to work withy professional choreographers and dancers. RYDC exists for dancers who are committed to hard work and are willing push themselves to develop their skills as well as to have some fun!
We want to raise the profile of RYDC across the East Midlands and so, if you share our aims in increasing opportunities for young people to be part of this exciting and diverse group of people, please increase your Friends membership as outlined above by £2 and we’ll send you details of how the group is developing. In addition, we’ll let you know about any opportunities to see the group perform locally, either in rehearsal, or at curtain raisers.
